How can I pay for my order?

We are currently accepting payment via online banking, debit and credit card for both domestic and international orders.

I have placed an order. When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before they are shipped out. Once order is shipped, a confirmation email with your parcel tracking code will be sent to the email address used to sign up.

You can expect your order to arrive within the times stated below. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. We offer standard shipping via Ninja Van, estimated to arrive within:

  • 1-3 business days (West Malaysia)
  • 3-7 business days (East Malaysia)

Shipping could take a bit longer if there is a new launch, ongoing promotion and/or festive season. Patience is a form of wisdom!

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Let us help you with that! Please email our Customer Service team at hello@milkymooncosmetics.com with your order number and the updated address. Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. If your order has been processed, we are no longer able to make any form of changes.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic Malaysia address to an international address, or vice versa. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches, promotions and festive seasons.

 
 
Can I modify my order after I've placed it?

No, unfortunately orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. We are so sorry for any inconvenience!

What countries do you ship to?

Due to the recent events of Covid-19, we are only able to ship internationally to Singapore at the moment. International delivery will take approximately 5-10 business days. International orders are shipped via Ninja Van.

Should there be any custom duties and taxes or any additional charges incurred, the costs must be fulfilled by the receiver. We’re trying our best to expand our coverage. Stay tuned for updates!

I've received my package but there's a problem.

Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen. We love our #Twinkles, so best believe that your complete satisfaction is our top priority! We will gladly assist you with any issues regarding your order.

Please contact our Twinkle Support Team by sending an email to hello@milkymooncosmetics.com within 15 days of delivery. You may be required to provide photos of the products received in order for our team to best assist you.

Discounts, deals & freebies

Whether you are a human or extra-terrestrial, we know you love free stuff! We also love offering promotions and freebies from time to time. Because they are free, these items are available in very limited time and quantities. They are also not eligible for replacement or credit of any kind.

Do discount codes expire?

All promotion vouchers will come with an expiration date at the time they are issued; so make sure to plan your shopping spree carefully!

Return Policy

We offer 15 days free return. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise, the item is considered sold.

Refund

We do not offer refunds in any form. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Sale Items

We do not offer returns or exchanges for sale items. Any return or exchange can be made on regular priced items only. All promotional item sales are final.

Exchange

We only offer exchange for items that are defective or damaged due to the manufacturing process.

Other than our official website, you may also purchase our products via Shopee and our authorized distributor, Valent Skin.

Can I become a Milky Moon distributor?

As a new brand, we are currently focusing on how we can serve you better, before we expand. Therefore, we are not looking for distributors at the moment. But we thank you for your support and confidence in us!
